There are these two characters, see? Named Spade (a SMOF) and Paladin. Things happen to them at SF cons. Their stories (published in Hitchcock’s) have been collected in The Early Conundrums. Kris is donating a copy of The Early Conundrums to the auction tonight, AND auctioning off the chance to be a named bad guy in an upcoming story. In this roundtable, she’ll be taking notes on things that can happen/did happen at cons to be fictionalized in upcoming works. As she may be using these anecdotes and ideas, attendees who wish to contribute ideas will need to sign a waiver that they consent to her using them in her stories without later recompense.
